Delivery
Chelsdom delivers within Lagos, across Nigeria, and internationally using trusted courier services such as DHL. Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
UK Next-Day Delivery:
Next-day delivery is available within the UK where stock is dispatched from our UK location. Availability will depend on stock location and will be confirmed at checkout.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are determined by courier partners and vary by location and weight. Website shipping rates apply to packages 0.5–2kg. Orders above 2kg may attract additional charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.
Ready-to-Wear Policy
Chelsdom is a Ready-To-Wear brand. We do not offer alterations or amendments. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
International Shipping We currently ship to select countries worldwide.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Chelsdom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Returned parcels due to unpaid customs may have return shipping deducted from refunds.
Address Changes & Failed Delivery
Address changes must be requested via email with your order name and number. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability may attract extra charges.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@chelsdom.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Lost or Damaged Packages Chelsdom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are happy. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
