Returns Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Please note:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  • Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


  • For hygiene and business reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Personal care items (including swimwear, bodysuits, and underwear)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges


The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
