--- SHIPPING & DELIVERY ---

How long does delivery take? We know you want your new outfit fast!

  • Lagos Deliveries: 1–2 business days.

  • Nationwide (Outside Lagos): 3–5 business days.

  • International: 7–14 business days.

Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Lagos for orders placed before 10:00 AM. Please select the "Express Delivery" option at checkout (additional fees apply).

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

--- RETURNS & EXCHANGES ---

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit? Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please check our Return Policy Page for full details.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

--- SIZING & FIT ---

How do I know my size? We know shopping online can be tricky. Please refer to our Size Guide linked on every product page. If you are still unsure, send us your measurements (Bust, Waist, Hips) via WhatsApp or Email, and we will recommend the perfect size for you.

Do you restock sold-out items? Our collections are often limited edition to keep your style unique. However, if a popular item sells out, we may restock it. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) and Bank Transfers via our secure checkout payment processor.

Is it safe to use my card on your site? Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your details. We do not store your credit card information.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes we do have a physical store , but currently all our RTW collection are sold exclusively online
